Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from the local country where you are based in. This is to ensure that our products comply with local safety regulations and power supply settings.

Does Neero work on WiFi networks?

The Neero Baby Monitor operates on Radio Frequency and does not require a WiFi connection to pair with the Handheld Monitor.

How long do batteries typically last on Neero Monitors?

Our Neero Baby Monitor comes with a built in 5000mAh rechargeable battery that lasts for up 10 hours in full display mode on a full charge up to 24 hours when the Baby Monitor is on standby mode.

Do I have to keep the camera connected to power source?

Our Neero Baby Camera needs to be connected to a power source at all times to ensure an uninterrupted connection to the Baby Monitor.

Where should I place my baby monitor?

When installing your baby monitor, choose a location in the nursery that is at least 3 feet away from the crib, while still providing a clear view of your baby. This is recommended to prevent the risk of strangulation by the electrical cord.

Does our Neero Baby Monitor comes with full colour display?

Yes, our Neero Baby Monitor features an automated full-color display. The image switches to black and white during night mode.

How am I alerted if my baby is awake or crying?

You will be alerted by an alarm on your Baby Monitor. There are three varying levels of sensitivity for sound detection on the Camera. Additionally, there are alarms to notify the Monitor unit if there are significant changes in temperature, video signal loss, or low battery.

What is the after-sales support service offered?

Our monitors come with a 12- or 24-month manufacturer warranty. Online registration of warranty is required.

  • 12-months warranty from Date of Purchase
  • Proof of Purchase and Serial Number on the parent unit & camera are required to validate the warranty
  • Online Registration Email and Proof of Purchase is required for product servicing
  • Warranty does not cover any product that has been subjected to misuse, abuse, maintenance and alteration by an unauthorized person or connection to an improper power supply
  • Warranty only covers parent unit, camera and power adapter
  • Warranty is valid in Singapore or United States
